ICET Application Form 2011

NOTE: Please read the instructions carefully and click on the link at the Bottom to continue for ‘Online submission’ process.
1. The candidate should fill in all the entries in the form.
2. After filling and submitting the form, entries will be displayed which can be filled/modified.
3. After final submission you are not allowed to change the contents.
4. Application number is given on the top left corner of the printed form. You need to quote this application number for future correspondence.

1. Print two copies of filled application form.
2. Keep one copy with you for further correspondence.
3. Send the second copy to The Convener, ICET-2011, A.U Engineering College campus, Visakhapatnam – 530 003 after signing, affix attested photograph and along with a DD for Rs 250/- (until 24th March,2011).
4. Along with the filled application form, enclose two self addressed envelops (9″ X 4″) after afixing a stamp of Rs 5/- each to send Hall Ticket and Rank Cards.
5. Only after receiving your application with DD and necessary attachments, your application will be registerd by assigning a register number.
